These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sevenleaps.com and the Sevenleaps platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Sevenleaps

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is designed for international students and professionals pursuing US tech roles on OPT, CPT, or H1B.

2. The Service

Sevenleaps provides AI-assisted job matching, resume tailoring, application submission, and a dedicated career manager. When you authorize us, we may submit applications on your behalf. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us.

3. Your account and responsibilities

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Ensure that resumes and statements submitted on your behalf are truthful.
• Use the Service only for lawful, personal job-search purposes.

4. No guarantee of employment

Sevenleaps does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, or any specific outcome. Statistics we publish describe past results and are not a promise of future results. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity, experience, or qualifications.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Sevenleaps and protected by law. You retain ownership of the resume and personal content you provide, and you grant us a license to use it to operate the Service for you.

7. Demos and fees

Pricing is discussed during a demo call. Any fees, billing terms, and refund conditions will be presented to you before you commit to a paid plan and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevenleaps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
