Sevenleaps (“Sevenleaps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) helps international students on OPT, CPT, and H1B find US tech jobs. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using sevenleaps.com or our platform, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, resume, education and work history, visa status (OPT, CPT, H1B), target roles, and any messages you send us.
• Application data: jobs you are matched with, resumes we tailor on your behalf, application statuses, and interview outcomes.
• Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use your information

• To match you with relevant, visa-aware job opportunities.
• To tailor your resume per job description using our AI pipeline and career managers.
• To submit applications on your behalf when you authorize us to.
• To track outcomes and improve our matching and tailoring.
• To communicate with you about your search, including via WhatsApp and email.
• To operate, secure, and improve our services.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Employers and job platforms when you authorize us to submit an application on your behalf.
• Service providers (for example, hosting, analytics, and AI processing) bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal and safety reasons, where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Sevenleaps is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
