We are seeking a Job Application Specialist to oversee job search activities and application workflows on behalf of our clients.
Responsibilities
Salary: ₹10,000–₹15,000 per month, plus performance-based incentives.
- Conduct daily searches to identify relevant employment opportunities.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated job recommendations.
- Assess client profiles and align them with appropriate positions.
- Submit job applications on behalf of assigned clients.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and application statuses.
- Track interview invitations and communications from recruiters.
- Coordinate follow-up activities with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of all applications.
- Monitor ATS requirements and application deadlines.
- Prepare and provide weekly progress reports for clients.
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content to support Sevenleaps' marketing initiatives.
- Assist in preparing engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms — career tips, job market insights, and company updates.
Daily activities
- Review assigned client profiles and career objectives.
- Search across LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, company career portals, and internal Sevenleaps platforms.
- Submit applications for qualified positions.
- Update and maintain application tracking systems.
- Monitor recruiter communications and responses.
- Escalate high-priority opportunities as appropriate.
- Draft and schedule social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to prepare and publish relevant content.
Required skills
